Welcome to WhoHazWhat! My name’s Flynn—originally from Virginia, but I’ve been in the Seattle area since 2013. WhoHazWhat has been a passion project I’ve been working on for way too long—like over 8-9 years—so enough dillydallying, it’s time to launch this shit.

It started out as a simple outdoor gear site, but it has evolved into something way more. I think most of us can agree that the current state of social media sucks. Addiction, doomscrolling, and just straight-up nonsense designed to keep you from enjoying life. I wanted to get back to the basics: connection and fun.

Good times, silliness, and realizing we’re just lucky pieces of meat that get to experience so many layers of life,.. that’s what it should be about. If we weren't these lucky human pieces of meat and instead were like squirrels, we’d have to keep our heads on a swivel at all times to make sure this ain’t yo last nut. So let’s enjoy not really being part of the food chain anymore.

This site is a collection of my favorite things and social tools I built to expand and maximize my enjoyment of them. No BS, no spiraling algorithms designed to maximize screen time. The “algorithm” here is just you, your friends, and your interests. This site is only as good as the content in it.

Right now, it’s just me and my buddy running everything, plus some friends helping when they can. So if I ever start deviating from the goal, you’ll know exactly who to grab your pitchforks for. Since it’s just me and my buddy (and a huge to-do list), I’ll do my best to improve the site, fix bugs, and keep things running smoothly as fast as possible. So thanks in advance for your patience!
